About UAE RCP
- What is UAE RCP?
UAE RCP is the Resilience Capital Program — a DFSA-regulated, invitation-only, deal-by-deal SPV platform that connects distressed but viable UAE businesses with qualified international capital. It is operated by Deep Finance Capital Rasameel Investment House Ltd from the DIFC, in partnership with 100VP.
- Who operates the programme?
The programme is operated by Deep Finance Capital Rasameel Investment House Ltd, a firm regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) in the DIFC, in partnership with 100VP.
- How is UAE RCP regulated?
The operator is authorised and regulated by the DFSA within the DIFC. All SPVs are established under DIFC law and offered exclusively to professional clients as defined under the DFSA Conduct of Business rules.
For Investors
- Who can invest?
Only investors who qualify as professional clients under DFSA rules and who have completed the programme's KYC and suitability procedures. Participation is by invitation only.
- How does the deal-by-deal SPV structure work?
Each opportunity is offered through its own dedicated DIFC SPV. Qualified investors review deal-specific documentation and elect to participate in individual transactions rather than committing to a blind pool.
- What are typical ticket sizes and terms?
Ticket sizes, structures and returns are transaction-specific. Terms are disclosed in the SPV information memorandum shared with qualified investors during onboarding for each deal.
- How do I request Investor Access?
Submit the Investor Access form on the homepage. Our team will contact you to complete KYC and confirm professional client status before sharing any deal-specific materials.
For Businesses in Distress
- What kinds of businesses does the programme consider?
Viable UAE-based operating businesses experiencing acute liquidity, capital-structure or ownership stress, primarily across real estate, hospitality, industrial, healthcare, education and consumer sectors.
- How does engagement start?
Book a confidential consultation via the homepage. Following an initial diagnostic under mutual confidentiality, the origination team assesses eligibility and outlines potential recapitalisation pathways.
- Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. All engagements with distressed businesses are conducted under strict confidentiality. Company-identifying information is never shared with the investor base without explicit consent and only within a regulated SPV process.
General
- Does UAE RCP publish an open fund?
No. UAE RCP is not a blind-pool fund and does not make public offers. All opportunities are invitation-only, deal-by-deal SPVs offered exclusively to professional clients.
- How can I contact the programme?
Use the Contact section on the homepage or the Investor Access form. General enquiries are routed to the appropriate desk (investor relations, origination or media) within two business days.
